Construction Preparer
We are looking for a colleague with construction experience to join our office.
If you understand construction and planning, this will be the ideal position for you.
What to expect:
- you need to understand construction / have a background in the industry and a willingness to learn - we will give you everything
teach you everything
- you will plan and order materials according to the construction schedule
- you will supervise the progress of orders
- coordination of the construction together with the construction manager and management
- Participation in inspection days including preparation of minutes of meetings and inspection days
- working with project documentation
- checking compliance with subcontractor schedules
- ongoing evaluation and reporting of project progress
What will you need?
-Secondary education
- experience in the construction industry
- suitable also for juniors, graduates
- orientation in technological procedures
- basic knowledge of working on PC
- management and organisational skills
- goal orientation, responsibility for the tasks assigned
- time flexibility
