About the project
Residence Hokešovo náměstí is designed as a compact apartment scheme for calm living close to the capital. The project ties one new build to the renovation of the original house, creating a small ensemble with a clear identity and an easily readable scale.
The residence contains six spacious 3+kk apartments of roughly 60 to 80 m². It also includes outdoor parking spaces, a children's playground and a shared courtyard garden.
